We use the information we collect to respond to your enquiries, provide our services, and communicate with you about your mascot projects. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, located in Singapore (asia-southeast1). When you submit an enquiry, your details are also synced to our customer-relationship tool, Lark Base (provided by Lark Technologies Pte. Ltd.), which we use to manage and respond to enquiries. This may involve the transfer and storage of your data outside Singapore. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information.

4. Advertising and Measurement

On some of our regional websites we use the Google tag (Google Ads) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising - for example, to understand how many people who click one of our ads go on to submit an enquiry. This may set cookies in your browser and share limited information with Google. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell your personal data. You can control or block these cookies through your browser settings, and you can read more in Google's policy on how it uses data from sites that use its services.
